DOSA

Dosa is an ancient South Indian delicacy made of fermented rice and urad dal. Dosas are slightly thicker and folded into a triangle. Flipped over in halves or rolled into a cylindrical shape, while paper dosas are bigger, thinner, crisper and rolled into a cylindrical shape.

All Dosas are served with a complimentary side dishes of sambar, tomato chutney and coconut chutney.

KOTHU PARATHA DISHES

Kothu roti is a popular Sri Lankan street food, which is traditionally made with a chopped up flaky roti that is stir-fried with vegetables, or eggs, or any meat, and finished with a curry sauce.

INDIAN BREADS – ROTI AND PARATHA DISHES

Roti is unleavened whole-wheat flat bread, dry-cooked on a hot tava, while a paratha is cooked with some oil or ghee for softer bread.
